Our lead technologist has an MA from Loyola University of Chicago. He also has an MBA from the Lake Forest Graduate School of Business. 

Our Lead Technologist - Experience

Our lead technologist has been servicing home based businesses/families and individual clients including seniors for over 30 years. 

For the past 20 years he has been an instructor at Oakton Community College, teaching Software, Computer Operating Systems (Windows/Mac), Backup Strategies, Networking and Virus Remediation.

He also is an instructor at Triton College, teaching the CompTia A+ courses in Computer Maintenance and Diagnostics both Hardware and Software.
